MEET THE TRAINER
Ben is a qualified fitness professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Fitness and personal training certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He is also certified in specialized fitness services including TriggerPoint Performance Therapy and TRX Suspension Training.
When Ben isn't with clients, you can find him catching up on sports, traveling, or spending time with his wife and son in their hometown of Greenville, SC.

There is no “one size fits all” fitness solution. Ben will create a workout plan customized to your specific fitness goals and work with you one-on-one to maximize results.

As a parent and husband, Ben understands the importance of developing fitness plans that align with his clients’ busy schedules. That’s why our clients can work with Ben either online or in-person.
You can access your personalized fitness plan from anywhere in the world through Ben's digital platform. Ben will check-in with you each week to determine the best plan for you moving forward.
All in-person training sessions will be held at Catalyst Gym near downtown Greenville, SC. Ben will work with you to find times that best suit your schedule and fitness goals.
